1.1 Brie’s Enterprise specializes in Cheesecake Shots, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, for delivery in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
1.2 The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. Alcoholic products are strictly for individuals aged 21 and older. By placing an order for alcoholic products, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.
2.1 All products are freshly made to order. Availability of flavors and sizes is subject to change.
2.2 While we strive to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.
2.3 Some products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, or gluten. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
3.1 Orders can be placed through our Site. A minimum order of 10 Cheesecake Shots is required.
3.2 Payment can be made via PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle. If using CashApp or Zelle, please notify us after placing your order.
3.3 Custom orders require at least one (1) day’s notice. Large event orders require three (3) to four (4) days’ notice.
3.4 All orders for alcoholic Cheesecake Shots require valid age verification upon delivery.
4.1 We offer delivery to Broward and Miami-Dade counties for a flat $10 fee.
4.2 We do not provide a pickup option. Orders are transported in coolers to ensure freshness and safety during delivery.
4.3 Delivery times will be communicated after your order is confirmed. Late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
5.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once the order has been prepared or delivered.
5.2 Orders can only be canceled or modified on a case-by-case basis, and requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
5.3 If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue. Replacement or corrections will be made if feasible.
6.1 All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Brie’s Enterprise and is protected under copyright law.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

Terms of Return
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Reason for Refund
Refunds will only be issued for damaged or incorrect orders. Please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with evidence (e.g., photos) of the issue. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless agreed by both parties otherwise, within 5–7 business days if approved.
